Thank you for opening up your classrooms to us and allowing us to listen in on student discussions! This was a very educational experience. I enjoyed being able to hear several different forms and examples of discussion groups. I really liked the management technique of using the coins to ensure each child gets a chance to speak. I definitely saw some things I will use in my own classroom one day!
Thank you for letting us visit your school! It was a very educational experience and I enjoyed getting to see reading groups done in many different ways in a classroom. One thing that really stuck out to me was how the students led their own conversations. They could tell their point of view but also respect that of their peers. I have been in mostly lower grade elementary classrooms so being in an upper elementary classroom was very eye opening. Thank you for the experience!
Thank you for allowing us into your classrooms! The experience was unmatched. I honestly had no idea fourth graders were able to have such long and deeper level thinking discussions.
